Synapify 0.8.1 is now available for download.

Synapify 0.8.1, the latest version of our visual RIDDL editor, is now available for macOS, Linux, and Windows.

What’s New

Graphical Editor

  • Zoom controls — New − and + buttons alongside the zoom percentage for precise zoom control. Click for 10% steps, Shift+click for 1% steps. Click the percentage to fit all content in the viewport.

Bug Fixes

  • Breadcrumb navigation — Clicking a breadcrumb item no longer loses the parent hierarchy above it. Previously, navigating up via breadcrumbs would drop ancestor nodes, making it impossible to navigate further up the tree.

  • Metadata panel resizing — The metadata panel now fills the available width when resized, instead of being stuck at a fixed 300px width.

  • Welcome guide during first launch — The welcome guide overlay no longer appears simultaneously with the first-launch wizard.
